Description:

The week-long annual Soho Fair, started in 1955, centred on Soho Square and spread across the compact streets. The Soho Association organised a programme that brought together the many nationalities of the local community. Opening Sunday featured a large parade of floats. Roger Mayne photographed the young women who appeared in swimsuits, blowing kisses and striking provocative poses.
